Can't claim daily free credits
The daily claim tops your balance back up to 500 credits once a day. It’s only for free-plan accounts in their first 7 days after sign-up. To see it, click your credit balance in the top bar and look under Daily.
Why is the Daily section missing?
Section titled “Why is the Daily section missing?”The Daily section only shows while you can still claim. It doesn’t show if:
- you have a paid plan, because the daily claim is only for the free plan;
- the first 7 days after you signed up are over; or
- you’ve used all your claims.
Why does it say “Claimed today · available again tomorrow”?
Section titled “Why does it say “Claimed today · available again tomorrow”?”You can claim once a day. A new claim opens every day at 12:00 noon (UTC+8). Your sign-up day counts as your first claim, so your first daily claim opens at the next 12:00 noon (UTC+8) after you sign up.
Why does it say “Can’t claim while balance ≥ 500”?
Section titled “Why does it say “Can’t claim while balance ≥ 500”?”The claim brings your balance back to 500. It doesn’t add 500 on top. If your balance is already 500 or more, there’s nothing to top up, so you can’t claim. Once you’ve spent some credits and your balance is below 500, you can claim again.
