How do I get free credits?
New users get 500 credits when they sign up. On the free plan, for the first 7 days after you sign up (6 claims in total), the daily claim also tops your balance back up to 500, and you can get 150 credits once by joining JifChat’s official community.
Which ways give free credits?
Section titled “Which ways give free credits?”- Sign up: new users get 500 credits.
- Daily claim: once a day, your balance is topped up to 500 credits. The claim brings your balance back to 500. It doesn’t add 500 on top. For example, if you have 120 credits left, a claim adds 380. If your balance is already 500 or more, you can’t claim.
- Join the official community: get 150 credits once per account for joining JifChat’s official community.
How do I claim the daily credits?
Section titled “How do I claim the daily credits?”- In the top bar, click your credit balance.
- Under Daily, click Claim daily free credits.
- A new claim opens every day at 12:00 noon (UTC+8).
- The daily claim is only for free-plan users.
- It’s available for the first 7 days after you sign up (6 claims in total). The menu shows how many claims you have left.
How do I get the community credits?
Section titled “How do I get the community credits?”- On a computer, click the join-community gift in the left sidebar.
- Join the community, then click I’ve Joined!
Hong Kong and Macau users are offered the WhatsApp channel. Everyone else is offered the LINE community. You can claim these credits once per account, whichever app you join.
