Create an API key

1. Sign in to JifChat and open Settings → Balance.
2. Under API Keys, enter a name for the key, for example the name of your agent.
3. Select Create Key.
4. Copy the key and keep it somewhere safe. It is shown only once.
5. Select Done.

A key can only act on your own projects, and it spends your credits.

See how a key is used

Settings → Balance → API Keys lists your keys. For each key it shows the name, the start of the key, the date it was last used, and the credits it has spent.

Delete a key

In Settings → Balance → API Keys, select Delete next to the key. Anything that uses the key can no longer reach your account.

If you think someone else has your key, delete it and create a new one.
